If you are looking to combine a class with a circuit, please book yoga/sound bath + a session on our calendar! Classes are held in our heated yurt in the wintertime.

yoga classes and yoga + a session bundle sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy and we will only run classes if we have at least 5 in the class. Please sign up in advance!

Saturdays 8:30AM | Vinyasa with Jen Moclair

Ignite your inner energy with this dynamic and fluid Vinyasa practice. This class links breath and movement seamlessly, guiding you through a creative sequence of postures designed to build heat, strength, and flexibility. Expect a slightly faster pace and a moving meditation that leaves you feeling focused, energized, and deeply connected to your body. This practice is ideal for those with some yoga experience, but modifications will be offered to make it accessible to all.

Monday April 27th at 6:15PM | Be your own Bodyworker with Melanie Burns

In this class we will work with double track balls, foam rollers, soft inflatable balls, and small round balls to create freedom and ease beginning with your feet and moving "down the back" and "up the front." unwinding patterns holding tension and stress and "issues in your tissues: We use soft pliable balls of various sizes to relieve pain, improve range of motion, lubricate the joints, downregulate the nervous system and prepare the body for maximum enjoyment of the nordic circuit.  This intelligent sequence is based on principles of structural integration.

Thursday April 2nd at 6:45PM | Full Moon Flow with Shannon

Celebrate the first full moon of spring—the Pink Moon—with a slow, intentional practice designed to honor the season of rebirth. Named for the moss pink phlox that begins to carpet the earth, this lunar event invites us to shed the heavy layers of winter and welcome new growth. In this class, we will trade heat and speed for steady, mindful movement. We’ll flow through a series of grounding, fluid postures to soothe the nervous system and open the body with ease. By slowing down the tempo, we create space to "spring clean" the mind—releasing stagnant energy and illuminating new intentions.

The practice concludes with deep, restorative stretches and a quiet meditation to leave you feeling balanced and rooted.

Unplug from the noise and journey inward with a practice dedicated to total sensory renewal. This session is designed to "spring clean" the internal landscape, using the power of breath and vibration to clear stagnant energy and settle the nervous system. We begin with a guided breathwork practice to quiet the mind and prepare the body for deep receptivity. Once settled, you will be enveloped in a restorative symphony of sound—designed to wash away tension, unwinding patterns of stress at a cellular level. This is a journey of stillness and clarity, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and deeply restored.
