Our memberships are intended for year round residents and locals of the midcoast area to make a regular habit of sauna and hydrotherapy practices all year round.
We offer two membership options:
150 / month for 4 slots a month
90 / month for 2 slots a month
All memberships include:
Priority booking for weekday sessions
We hold a separate member only calendar that keeps 6 slots of every weekday session for members up until 2 weeks before the session (if you are looking to use your membership for weekends you will need to book weekend sessions when they open on the 15th)
One additional weekday member only session monthly, time and date determined on a monthly basis
You can think of these as social sessions where only members are invited. the member session does not count towards the 4 sessions a month, so this is an additional session for free, and is first come first serve
10 percent off the shop or any workshop classes

- 12 month commitment, paid monthly with no pauses
- 8 (for 4 slot membership) /4 (for 2 slot membership) of your session slots throughout the year can be passed on to other people to use, you just need to book for them with your code
- Your number of session bookings resets every month

Will you offer winter memberships again?
No, the only memberships that we will offer going forward are our year round memberships, available for signup in the spring and summer months only.
Do you have a limit on the number of members?
Our capacity is limited - to ensure we have enough space for public bookings for sessions, we hold a very small membership program for locals that want to create a consistent, year round practice of sauna and hydrotherapy. Memberships are first come first serve, and we will hold a waitlist once we have reached capacity.
