Explore Our Hydrotherapy Circuit
Embrace the core of our experience as you journey through our Signature Nordic Circuit. Take it at your own rhythm, transitioning between hot and cold therapies.
Your experience includes traditional Finnish sauna, invigorating cold plunge, plunge pool, outdoor terraces, and indoor relaxation spots.
Typically, you will enjoy 2-4 complete circuits during your 2-hour reservation, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the restoration of our nature based bathhouse.
arrival at waterstruck
when you arrive in the space, we will check you in and have you sign a waiver - if you have not yet signed one! Feel free to do so beforehand, its here.
We open doors and start checkin 10 minutes before the start time of your scheduled session, so please avoid arriving early!
Get dressed in your bathing suit (required!) and take a quick rinse before the pool in our changing area. Put your things in the cubbies, get a robe on if you brought one (pro tip: bring your robe! its great for walking around the property comfortably) and head outside.
heat up
15 minutes
woodfired sauna
Our traditional wood-fired cedar sauna will deliver heat up to 200°F. Ladle a splash of water on the rocks to increase the humidity, watch wildlife and birds from the picture window overlooking the forest.
Sauna can strengthen your immune system, release toxins and encourage relaxation. Remember, the hottest spot is on the top bench.
Hydrotherapy pool
Our hydrotherapy pool is held at 98 degrees in the winter. Hot water bathing can release stress, enhance your sleep quality, and relieve sore muscles.Soak in the scenery - you’ll feel like you are amongst the trees.
cool down
a couple seconds to couple minutes
Lots of options on this one! Outdoor cold water shower (weather permitting!) , buckets inside and outside the sauna, snow, just standing outside in the cold, immersion cold plunge.. the list goes on! Bring your body temp down and feel the chill.
Icy water can do wonders for your body. Cold water can kick-start your circulatory system, toughen up your immune defenses, give your skin a healthy glow, and even prep you for a good night's sleep by cooling your body down.
rest
20 minutes
Post hot-cold cycles, we encourage you to rest your body and mind on our decks and patios, next to the fire or inside with tea, snack or kombucha. Stabilize your heart rate, enjoy the fresh air and sun, bring a book, borrow one of ours, read the paper, or meditate a bit, and always HYDRATE! Hydration throughout your session is so critical to the circuit. We have snacks and drinks for purchase available throughout your circuit.
