Spend a bit more time with yourself, your loved ones, or just a good book during our self care retreats. During these sessions, you get access to the full nordic circuit and facilities for 4 hours alongside seasonal self care offerings that change with the season - may’s offerings are below!

    • Sheet mask: Nourish your skin with a mask after a sauna session, leaving you feeling refreshed and radiant. Self applied and used on a rest cycle.

    • Sea Salt Foot bath: Enjoy a rejuvenating foot bath on one of your rest cycles in our indoor rest area or outdoor terraces, formulated to enhance recovery, reduce stress or encourage a good, restful nap - you pick. These are 45min and enjoyed best with a book in hand, or with a friend to chat!

sound healing + session

Sound baths are an increasingly popular way to explore what are really ancient methods of dropping into a deep state of healing and connection to our body and our own inner voice. During this one hour immersive experience, participants will be guided to relax and lay to receive sound. The sounds provided are different and spontaneous in each experience and will include a diverse variety of instruments from various cultures including: Tibetan singing bowls, gong, handpan, drums, tuning forks, rattles, and a heavy emphasis on chanting and ancient voice.

Class will be from 3-4PM, Session following until 6!

bird watching walk + session

May 24th at 8Am

Join us for a morning of birding and sauna. We’ll start with a relaxing bird walk, bathing in the sights and sounds of warblers, tanagers, grosbeaks, orioles, and many more. Then we’ll unwind with a nordic circuit session while keeping an eye on the bird feeders surrounding the sauna and pool.

Birdwatching walk will be from 8-9, Session following untiL 11!

Slow Flow Yoga + Session

Ease into your day with a calming Slow Flow yoga class that focuses on breath, alignment, and gentle movement. This practice will help release tension and prepare your body for the relaxing nordic circuit that follows.
